New extraordinary Cessation of Activity benefit due to COVID-19

Fraternidad-Muprespa has expedited the procedures to request the new extraordinary benefit for Cessation of Activity for those affected by the declaration of the state of alarm due to COVID-19.

You may request this benefit even if you have been forced to close your business due to the imposition of the declaration of the state of alarm (we provide you with a tool in which you can check if your CNAE is among those affected by this circumstance) or, otherwise, if you prove a loss of income greater than 75% compared to the average of the previous semester.

As we want to make the processing of this new benefit as easy as possible for you, the Mutual Fund has created a new application model (specific and simplified) which will require you to fill out the minimum information necessary to be able to process your benefit.

You should only submit as additional documentation to this application:

• A copy of your DNI, NIE or passport (both sides)
• The tax form 145, for communication of data to the payer (except in the Basque Country and Navarra)
  The rest of the documentation that was requested has been replaced by the signature of a responsible declaration, included in the application itself.

Once the aforementioned documentation has been prepared, you must send it by email to your delegation's mailbox.
