The Ingepre Project, promoted by

The objective of the meeting was to continue advancing in the adoption of measures to achieve the implementation of these practices. Among those that garnered the most consensus were the development of a guide of useful tools and good practices, the planning of workshops aimed at company management and staff, and the creation of a specific seal.

The meeting insisted on the need to continue deepening training, information and communication in occupational risk prevention from a gender perspective, since, although there is an obligation to integrate it in a form, at the moment it is not being carried out. It has also been agreed to create a forum with all possible participants, which will be joined by interested companies that could not attend this event, with the aim of agreeing on proposals for the next workshop.

The Ingepre Project aims to integrate the gender perspective in the prevention of occupational risks, a process that requires evolution in the way of thinking and acting on the part of companies, especially those in the four sectors with the greatest representation of female workers: hospitality, assistance in residential establishments, social service activities without accommodation and service companies, especially cleaning tasks. Fraternidad- Muprespa has participated in the development and implementation of this project, in collaboration with the Asturian Institute for Occupational Risk Prevention, and the Asturian Women's Institute. The Deputy Director General of Prevention, Quality and Communication of the Mutua, Natalia Fdez. Laviada, was one of those in charge of its presentation on January 27 in Gijón.
