Fraternidad-Muprespa renews commitment to teleworking and flexibility
Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, along with a hundred companies, has renewed its commitment to teleworking and flexibilityby verifying your signature Teleworking and Flexibility Charter powered by Másfamilia Foundation, in a virtual event.
The pandemic has promoted teleworking in an unprecedented way. We have gone from some alarming data in which, according to Second edition of the White Paper on Teleworking, only 8% of people teleworked in Spain to a reality in which, within the entities that sign the Teleworking Charter, seven out of 10 people telework.
Fraternidad-Muprespa next to more than 100 companies, such as Admiral Seguros, Allianz Partners, Altran, AXA, Banco Santander, BBVA, Calidad Pascual, Cepsa, Enagas, Fundación EOI, EDP España, Laboratorios Quinton, Multiasistencia, Mutua Madrileña, MyRed. Branding&Communication, Naturgy, Nippon Gases España, Orange, Philips Iberica, PRYSMA, Reale Seguros, Repsol, Siemens Gamesa, SincroGO, Tatum, Telefónica or Toyota,has materialized its commitment to flexibility in favor of business productivity, the well-being of people and the environment. The signing of these companies represents the saving of a total of 20,000 tons of greenhouse gases.
Teleworking and Flexibility Charter
The Teleworking and Flexibility Charter is a commitment letter that companies and organizations sign voluntarily to promote a clear commitment to the culture of work flexibility and teleworking; respect for the environment, diversity and inclusion and recognition and pedagogy about the benefits of a flexible culture.
