Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the meeting “Talking about a Healthy Company”

Fraternidad-Muprespa has been present at the meeting “Talking about a Healthy Company” organized by the Init Group, a conversation to reflect and share knowledge about the promotion of health in the company and the healthy company model, from an innovative perspective and sharing some of the practices that are already applied today.

Fdez. Laviada highlighted the importance of the work of the Mutual Collaborators with Social Security while describing the important functions they perform by law. He also defined a healthy company as “one in which business actions are aimed at implementing and developing tailored health promotion programs at work, beneficial to improving the work environment, productivity, corporate image, commitment and motivation of the worker.”

He also summarized two important points linked to the healthy company, such as the aging of the population, due to the challenge of managing the intergenerational organization, and healthy leadership, which is based on the need to provide the business landscape and work environments with a healthier way of leading, with leaders who are prepared, generous, adaptive, credible, sincere and good communicators.
