Fraternidad-Muprespa distinguishes its mutual companies with zero accidents
Fraternidad-Muprespa, as a Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, is responsible for the development of prevention activities aimed at controlling and reducing workplace accidents, through actions to disseminate occupational risk prevention among its mutual companies, in line with what is included in its IV Corporate Strategic Plan. For this reason, it launches the campaigna “Distintivo Cero Accidents” implemented to recognize the preventive work of companies that have protected their workers and have not declared work accidents or occupational diseases.
The badges, of the gold, silver or bronze category, depending on whether they are accumulated 15, 10 or 5 years without accidents, are intended for placement in a visible place by the company, so that it is valued in the eyes of the own staff, its clients and its suppliers a message of interest and proactivity on the part of its managers in favor of occupational health and safety. The digital version of the badge and a diploma will also be delivered. Of the total number of distinguished companies, almost 3,000 have five years without accident rate, more than 1,300 have accumulated ten years, and more than 500 have fifteen years.
“Fraternidad-Muprespa seeks with this campaign to recognize in a personalized way the efforts of thousands of companies to avoid workplace accidents. We highly value having so many mutual entities convinced of the added value of providing their workforce with occupational health and safety” he indicated Mar Morales, director of the Department of Prevention and Development of Health Culture, to later add that “the campaign will be widely disseminated on the Mutua's social networks, so that both good practices and the recognition act itself can be shared.”
The award ceremonies will take place during the months of May, June and July throughout Spain. And recognized companies will be able to share their good practices in the campaign that the Mutua will develop on its social networks with the hastag #CeroAccidentesFM.
