Prevent 2025: Natalia Fdez. Laviada highlights the role of communication in the PRL

Within the framework of the V Congress Prevencionar, recently held under the motto “The prevention we need”, various experts reflected on its motto.

Among the 20 featured voices, Natalia Fdez. Laviada, deputy director of Prevention, Quality and Communication at Fraternidad-Muprespa offered a statement to Prevencionar focusing on the role that communication and quality play in building safer and more humane work environments.

“If we have learned something in this congress from minute one, it is the importance of communication and connection between people”, he stated, highlighting the level and social impact of the Congress presentations. 

“We have started with a masterful talk by María Gonzalez Romero talking about non-violent communication. To end with another talk as magnificent as the first of Rafa Delgado, speaking precisely about how communication has to connect us”.

With a strategic and human perspective, Fernández Laviada concluded: “If we really want a preventive culture, if we want to change habits, if we want to do and achieve the prevention we need and do it in a real way, we will have to focus on communication”.
