AENOR renews the Information Security Management and Complaints and Claims Management certificates
Fraternidad-Muprespa has obtained the renewal, by AENOR, of the certificates of Information Security Management, in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard in the field of Information Systems, and Treatment of Complaints and Claims, based on theRule UNE-ISO 10002:2018.
Enrique Megia, director of AENOR in the Community of Madrid, presented the certificates at the Mutua's headquarters, in Madrid's Plaza de Cánovas del Castillo, to Pedro Serrera, General Secretary of the Mutual,Olvido Arenas, Deputy Director General of Information Systems and Services,Luis Martínez del Pino, director of the Information Systems Security Department,Marta Carabanchel, director of the Mutual Member Ombudsman Department, and Elena Iglesias, director of the Department of Quality and Environment.

Information Security Management System Certification
This certificate is a reference for company security and demonstrates concepts with which the Mutual Fund is strongly committed, in the field of security systems that allow the assurance, confidentiality and integrity of data and information. It takes on special importance in an environment in which "specially protected" personal data is handled, such as the health of the workers served.

Aenor Complaints and Claims Handling Certificate
The certificate guarantees that users and clients can communicate a complaint or claim about their products or services, and are informed at all times of the status of their claim. Obtaining the UNE-ISO 10002:2018 certification from AENOR underlines the Mutual Fund's commitment to the highest quality of care and transparency. Fraternidad-Muprespa has had it since 2019.
