AENOR renews the Information Security Management and Complaints and Claims Management certificates

Enrique Megía , director of AENOR in the Community of Madrid, presented the certificates, at the Mutua's headquarters, in Madrid's Cánovas del Castillo square, to Pedro Serrera , Secretary General of the Mutua, Olvido Arenas , deputy general director of Information Systems and Services, Luis Martínez del Pino , director of the Information Systems Security Department, Marta Carabanchel , director of the Mutual Member Ombudsman Department, and Elena Iglesias , director of the Quality and Environment Department.   

Pedro Serrera highlighted that " at Fraternidad-Muprespa we firmly believe in the importance of having certifications like these for various management processes. We understand that external validation adds value, generates more trust in users, grants credibility backed by international standards and entails continuous improvement through reliable, safe and service-oriented processes   quality ”. 

For Elena Iglesias, director of Quality and Environment at Mutua, "and these certifications reflect the collective effort to integrate quality and safety in each decision. It is not just about complying with standards, but also guaranteeing that our processes are aligned with the trust placed in us by companies and workers. We are committed to responsible and transparent management because we know that excellence is not a destination, but a path that we walk through every day."

Information Security Management System Certification

This certificate is a reference for the security of companies and demonstrates concepts with which the Mutual Fund is strongly committed, in the field of security systems that allow the assurance, confidentiality and integrity of data and information. It takes on special importance in an environment in which "specially protected" personal data is handled, such as the health of the workers served.  

“ We are delighted to have successfully passed the certification process in ISO/IEC 27001:2022, advancing from the previous version ISO/IEC 27001:2017. This achievement represents for us a new step forward in our commitment to information security, data protection and the trust of our associated companies, patients and collaborators ”, assured Luis Martínez del Pino. 

Aenor Complaints and Claims Handling Certificate  

The certificate guarantees that users and clients can communicate a complaint or claim about its products or services, and are informed at all times of the status of their claim. Obtaining the UNE-ISO 10002:2018 certification from AENOR underlines the Mutual Fund's commitment to the highest quality of care and transparency. Fraternidad-Muprespa has had it since 2019.

In the words of Marta Carabanchel “ this milestone, which places us among the few certified collaborating entities, formally validates our dedication to managing each complaint, not as a problem, but as a valuable opportunity for continuous improvement.Likewise, it reaffirms the mission of the Mutual Member Ombudsman, as an independent body, to guarantee mutual members that their concerns are treated with maximum impartiality, autonomy and rigor, thus ensuring that the voice they convey to us is a fundamental driving force to achieve excellence in the performance of this entity .”
