What do the "04/28 AWARDS" mean?

• A date: April 28 (04/28).
  
• A symbol: World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
  
• One objective: prevention and safety.
  
• A reality: The best projects in the execution of actions to improve the safety and health of workers.
  
• An amount: €2,804 for the best project in each modality
  
• Three modalities: National company; SME or Start-up; and Non-profit associations or NGOs.
  
• We are pleased to invite you to the Second Edition of the Escolástico Zaldívar Award for prevention in the safety and health of workers.

Awards will be given to entities that demonstrate that they have implemented or are implementing measures, actions or programs that represent a considerable improvement in the safety and health of their workers, beyond the basic compliance that regulations require of companies.

New in this edition is the creation of three award categories, each of which will be awarded with €2,804 and a sculpture:

• National.
  
• SME or New Creation Company.
  
• Non-profit associations or NGOs.
  
  The evaluation criteria will be simplicity, creativity and preventive effectiveness of the measures undertaken.

To qualify for the prize, companies must be associated with Fraternidad-Muprespa and must meet the requirements indicated in the prize rules.

The deadline for submitting projects ends on March 31, 2014.; The award will be presented on April 28, 2014, at the event that we will organize to celebrate World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
