Fraternidad-Muprespa makes a Digital Information Office available to its associated companies, which consists of a restricted area for registered users from which different services can be accessed. Some of the ones we can point out are:
- Loss Analysis. Service that offers the user to obtain accident analysis reports and process relationships for both the area of Professional Contingencies and Common Contingencies. It allows you to request both Process reports (Excel format) and complete Accident Analysis (Pdf format). Once the corresponding report has been processed, the user is notified of its availability via email, and they can download the desired reports by consulting their requests.
- Benefit reports. Service that offers the possibility of obtaining a whole series of reports related to Economic Benefits, which can be downloaded in various formats (especially the Excel format):
- Leave without Work Accident Report.
- Discharges without Medical Discharge Report (PMA).
- Accidents without medical leave.
- Work accident records not accepted.
- Monitoring of open processes.
- Processes without waiting period.
- Benefit Services. Services that allow you to make online queries related to cancellations and delegated payment deductions and report incidents.
- Consultation of worker withdrawals in a period.
- Delegated payment deductions.
- Association Services. Service that allows you to consult the association data of your companies. Through it, the user will be able to consult the data of their companies, as well as the rates for which they contribute and, the most innovative, information about their workers, including the AT rate. for which each of them quotes.
- Printing Assistance Request Flyers (VSA). Service that allows you to complete or partially complete the assistance request forms (VSA).
All these services are adequately confidential, and strictly comply with the legislation on the protection of personal data, as they are data communications covered by legal precepts of Social Security and the Regulation of Collaboration of Mutual Insurance Companies for Work Accidents. In this sense, in order to access these services, the signing of a Digital Office user contract is required, which will be sent to companies that request it, and which will guarantee the adaptation of information communications between Mutua and the Company to current legislation.
