The web portal of the mutual company The changes that can be seen first-hand in this video.

The contents and menus of each of their corporate profiles (companies, self-employed, workers, consultancies and corporate) have been readjusted so that users will clearly identify with the content they are going to visit, avoiding duplications and accessing the information in a more accessible and clear way.

The simplification of the texts together with the reduction and grouping of management and processing contents of services and benefits, has been the objective of this new organizational design, which seeks greater simplicity in the language for the understanding of the most complex procedures. A new repository content has also been created with all the editable electronic forms necessary to carry out any procedure with the mutual insurance company.

The graphic interface of the web portal has also been renovated: the photographs of all the contents have been replaced by vector illustrations, so that better visibility is achieved.

This change has also been transferred to the covers of each profile, the news, the events, the contents, the priority access to the featured sections, the promotional carousels of the active campaigns and the common footer for all pages, which gives access to the rest of the mutual's informative portals.

“These changes seek to improve the usability of the web portal and make the browsing experience pleasant and enjoyable, meeting the expectations of those who have chosen to visit us, but if there is one thing we seek is to be helpful, to be close to our protected workers, our mutual companies, the self-employed members and society in general,” indicated Natalia Fernández Laviada, deputy director of Prevention, Quality and Communication of the Mutual Fund.

Last year, the web portal experienced a strong increase in both the number of users and page views due, among other factors, to the high demand for information on the regulations for extraordinary benefits linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the majority use of digital channels due to the increase in teleworking employees.

User growth was 120% compared to 2019, going from 560,510 in 2019 to 1,234,290. The percentage of new users increased by 122%, 1,180,433 last year compared to 529,667 in 2019.

The number of pages visited grew by 140.5%, going from 1,955,493 visits in 2019 to 4,703,321 in 2020. The number of total page visits was 5,113,460 in 2020, compared to 2,101,195 in 2019.
