Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from the University of Murcia, Mario deals with the management of payroll, contracts, IT and Social Security at the J. Saura Asesores consultancy in Cartagena, as well as advising companies and workers on labor matters, managing insurance for companies and individuals, and preparing income tax returns. 

Tell us, how and when did you decide to focus on business advice?

I remember that it started to catch my attention from a very early age when I saw my father working, I used to go with him and help him organize papers or do my homework there. Once I finished my primary studies, I had the opportunity to enter a career in Labor Relations and Human Resources, where I was able to combine university training with internships in consulting. That's where I was really able to learn a lot of things and I realized of which was what I wanted to dedicate myself to.

While you were studying, you combined internships in your family's counseling. How did your internships influence your academic development? What was the impact on your professional growth?

They had a very positive influence because, while I was studying, I could see the practical application on a daily basis, which allowed me to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom to real situations. The impact it had was very great, since once I finished the degree and began to dedicate myself solely and exclusively to working in consulting, I did not have to start from scratch but rather I already knew many of the procedures and the team's way of working. In addition, these internships provided me with a broader and deeper vision of the advisory work, which positively influenced my professional growth by expanding my skills and knowledge in this field.

What is your specialization within the branch of Labor Relations y Resources Humans?

My specialization within the branch of Labor Relations and Human Resources focuses mainly on the labor advice for both companies and workers. I also specialize in the management of payroll, contracts, temporary disabilities and Social Security, insurance management and the preparation of e statementsof the rent.

___Customer orientation is a skill that is rarely taught in classrooms and is crucial to providing good service. Throughout these years, ______what have you learned with the attention to clients of the consultancy? Is there any aspect that stands out especially for you?

Customer service is fundamental in our work as advisors.Over the years, I have learned the importance of actively listening to our clients' needs and providing them with personalized and efficient solutions. Each client is unique, so it is crucial to adapt to their requirements and offer quality service. I would especially highlight the importance of empathy and effective communication in the relationship with clients, since this contributes to building a long-term relationship of trust and loyalty.

___What advice would you share to young professionals who aspire to start their own business and who would like to start their own business? advice?

My advice is to focus on developing deep knowledge and experience in the area in which you want to specialize. It is essential to stay up to date on the latest trends and regulations in labor and tax matters, as well as invest in developing communication and client management skills. In addition, it is important to have passion for your work and be committed to offering quality service and added value to clients. Especially, you must be clear that it is a sector in which you have to be available all year round, which requires an additional commitment .

___Technology evolves and so does the way we work and communicate, what aspects would you highlight for the future? Perhaps the use of Artificial Intelligence in consulting, or the predominance of social networks as a work tool and source of information for clients? advisors?

Regarding technological evolution and its impact on our field, I consider that the use of Artificial Intelligence can be a very useful tool in consulting, especially in routine and repetitive tasks such as data processing and generation. of reports. In addition, the use of social networks can be an excellent tool to promote our services and stay updated on the latest news and trends in our sector. Personally, I consider that from now on in the not too distant future there will be a great differentiation between the companies that use it and the companies that no.
