With this rubric, which covers the period 2023-2025, the Mutual Fund assumes principles such as raising awareness about equal opportunities, advancing in the construction of a diverse workforce and promoting the inclusion of all people who belong to thecompany, among others. This is a commitment that the Mutua acquired for the first time in May 2011 and that organizations and institutions sign voluntarily to promote their commitment to the ten fundamental principles of equality and non-discrimination, which are these:

  1. Raise awareness about diversity and equality
  2. Build an inclusive template
  3. Promote an inclusive culture
  4. Manage diversity transversally
  5. Promote conciliation and responsibility policies
  6. Recognize customer diversity as a source of value
  7. Communicate this commitment to the staff
  8. Invite supplier companies to join the Charter
  9. Externally communicate the signing of the Letter
  10. Disseminate good diversity and equality practices and results obtained

La Mutua has a Diversity Management Policy and reconciliation of personal and work life with action points on such important issues as respect for the regulations on diversity, the integration and attention to people with disability or the promotion of the reconciliation of personal and work life.

Compliance with these principles is also aligned with Sustainable Development Goals 5, Gender Equality to achieve equality and empower all women and girls, 8, Decent Work and Economic Growth to promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all, and 10, Reducing Inequalities to reduce inequality within and within countries.
