Fraternidad-Muprepa renews the Equality in the Company Distinction

Fraternidad-Muprespa has seen the validity of the Equality in Business Distinction extended for the second time by the Ministry of Equality, which the Mutual Fund obtained for the first time in 2015 and which has been renewed up to this moment.

The Ministry has assessed aspects such as the approval and registration of the IV Equality Plan, as well as the negotiation and approval of the prior diagnosis, taking into account the opinion of the staff. Also the new actions to promote family conciliation, which contemplate the signing of the Teleworking Framework Agreement and the Digital Disconnection Protocol, or the progressive increase in women in the workforce and their greater presence in positions of responsibility.

The Ministry of Equality grants the Equality Distinction as a mark of excellence to companies and entities that accredit the application and implementation of equality plans as well as the development of measures or policies of equality between women and men in the workplace.

Another 152 entities, in addition to The Network also encourages the sharing of initiatives between the entities that form it.

The renewal shows that the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security remains aligned in the achievement of sustainable development objectives, especially with SDG 5 – Gender Equality.
