Of all the services you offer, which one is the most requested by your clients, and what do you think is the reason?
Within the payroll services that we offer, clients demand access to data to manage the human resources of their company, in a way that allows them to access them independently, having the data digitized.
What are the benefits of hiring the services of a company like yours instead of private advice?
The benefits are many since, being a multidisciplinary firm, we can provide tax or labor legal services to our clients without remaining merely advising on personnel administration and payroll.
In addition to all the services related to the digitalization of the Human Resources Department, for example, we have a Human Capital team that advises our clients on their expatriate or impatriated employees, from a tax point of view.
We also have a team of labor lawyers who complement the services we provide.
You are specialists in the management of payroll services in 120 countries, having received the International Payroll award for several years. What are the difficulties and benefits of offering this service?
The difficulty is to maintain the level of demand in the way we provide our services to clients with the aim that they receive the quality they require from us and to be constantly up to date on all the new developments, the benefit being to obtain feedback from clients that they are being provided with services that they do not obtain in other consultancies.
There are currently sectors with a lot of job offers and few job seekers, such as hospitality and construction. Do you think this will become a problem in the medium term? In your opinion, how could it be corrected?
Currently we already have the problem of finding candidates with sufficient knowledge and experience to provide services in our sector.
