How did you decide to be a social graduate?

In the years of transition I was close to social movements, which made me aware of the rights that the regulations recognized and that in some scenarios were not respected, from there arose my interest in knowing the regulations and being able to advise on their compliance.

How do you combine the work of your office with the presidency of the College?

Well man, like all of us who assume collegiate positions, dedicating part of our daily work to the defense of the interests that we have as a collective, ultimately taking time away from time.

How does the School help or accompany the social graduate who has just graduated?

Students who study the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources have the opportunity within the School to formalize a pre-registration to get closer to the group, so that when they finish the Degree they can become a member, this allows them to learn about all our training, our activities collegiate, our professional achievements, etc., have the opportunity to be an active part of the Professional College.

Once you have completed your studies and if your decision is to practice as a Social Graduate, you must register, at which time we put at your disposal the entire collegiate structure, the support, the help and the necessary company of all the veteran members so that your journey professional is the most fruitful, we want all those colleagues who are starting out to feel that they have an entire group behind them that supports and helps them.

What advice would you give to those entrepreneurs who want to launch their own business?Tell us what you remember about the beginning of your business adventure.

Let them take on the challenge without fear of failure, only those who undertake can make mistakes, but with perseverance, will and work, difficulties can be overcome. In the beginning I had to face without any experience managing the work area of a consultancy that needed to put order to what I had been doing and without thinking much I took on the challenge. Until today.

The minimum vital income has caught the attention of society because in principle it was reaching a small percentage of the population, less than expected, now they have legislated around the compatibility of the minimum vital income with work income, do you think that in this way we will be able to talk of a benefit within the reach of those who need it most?

The IMV aims to provide equal social protection for the most unprotected people, since the social policies of the autonomous communities created inequalities in coverage and quantities, but the administrative bureaucracy of the files has meant that it does not reach the entire population to which it was destined. The compatibility of receiving the IMV and work makes it possible, in addition to having more economic resources, to access the labor market, thus avoiding the marginality to which some people were forced.

It's been more than a year since the labor reform came into effect, how has this first year of changes in your consultancy gone? In your opinion, how have the companies experienced these changes in the types of contracts? companies?

The Labor reform has turned around the hiring model that many clients had, where temporary hiring was understood as the first figure of any employment relationship ahead of permanent hiring, changing this idea is what we have dedicated the most time to in our daily advice. Perhaps because of what the norm includes and its consequences that arise from its application, companies have understood that the reform advocates that contracting after the reform is fundamentally indefinite in its different modalities and therefore indefinite contracts have surpassed temporary ones, although many of them are for a short time.

Companies have adapted, with our advice, to comply with the provisions of the reform.
