Once its validity has ended and once all its actions have been implemented for the most part, it has been deemed necessary to develop a new plan, which gives continuity to the first and determines again what the strategic axes of action will be, the objectives to be achieved and the actions to be developed in terms of equality, during the period 2015-2017.

In this way, the commitment of the management of the Mutual Fund to establish and develop actions for equal treatment and opportunities between women is maintained and renewed and men, complying with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, LOIEMH, and the General Collective Agreement at the state level for Insurance, Reinsurance and Mutual Entities for Work Accidents and Occupational Illnesses of Social Security, (2012-2015), counting for this with the representation of the workers of the Mutual Fund through the Equality Commission.
