Fraternidad-Muprespa obtains the AENOR certificate in accordance with the National Security Scheme

Monica Barroso, director of AENOR for the Central Region and the Southern Region, and Enrique Megia, director of the headquarters of AENOR in Madrid, have been in charge of delivering the certificate to Pedro Serrera, deputy director general of Information Systems and Services at the headquarters of the subdirectorate, on José Abascal street in Madrid. The National Security Scheme aims to establish the security policy when using electronic means in relation to the Public Administration. The scope of this certification extends to the digital services provided by the Mutual Fund to users of the Digital Office (associated companies, collaborating consultancies, affiliated self-employed workers, suppliers and insured employees).
By obtaining this certification,Fraternidad-Muprespa advances in the commitment to the security of Information Systems, adding it to the integrated ISO 9001 system and ISO/IEC 27001 that you already have, to support the management activities of computer and telecommunications infrastructures.
"For Fraternidad-Muprespa, compliance with the National Security Scheme is of special importance. In essence, it establishes security principles that protect the entity's digital relationships with our protected workers, associated companies, patients and other interested parties," Pedro Serrera said during the delivery ceremony, adding that "the ENS was created with the objective of providing greater security to the public sector's telematic relationships with citizens and users of its services. For this reason, we wanted to include within the scope of compliance of the ENS our Digital Office, the Web portal through which we offer information services to the aforementioned groups,” he concluded.
For her part, Mónica Barroso explained that “ AENOR It has been the first entity accredited by ENAC to certify the new version of the scheme. Today, cybersecurity must be part of the good practices of organizations, and Fraternidad-Muprespa With this certification, it has once again demonstrated its commitment to workers, management and its different audiences.”
Certificates of quality, environment and customer satisfaction
Fraternidad-Muprespa has also renewed three certificates of AENOR. These are the UNE-EN standards ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management for the administrative management activities of the services associated with the coverage of Professional Contingencies and Common Contingencies of the affiliated patient; the ISO 14001:2015, Environmental Management for associated services; and quality management 10002:2018, on guidelines for the treatment of complaints in customer complaints.
They collected these three certificates Natalia Fdez. Laviada, deputy general director of Prevention, Quality and Communication of the Mutua,Marta Carabanchel, director of the Mutual Member Ombudsman Department, and Elena Iglesias, director of the Department of Quality and Environment.
In 2018, for the first time, La Mutua obtained the Complaints and Claims Treatment certificate.AENOR. “The implementation of this system allows not only the processing of complaints efficiently, providing solutions and guiding the protected group on the rights and possible dispute resolution mechanisms, but also an undeniable commitment to continuous improvement, also favoring corporate reputation,” as highlighted by Marta Carabanchel.
With respect to the other two certificates, they focus on the effectiveness of the quality management system to satisfy the needs and expectations of the client in the field of administrative management, and rule environmental par excellence, central axis of environmental management and essential tool for integrating the environment in the global management of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
