This day is part of the actions of Fraternidad-Muprespa on the occasion of its
Natalia Fernández Laviada, Deputy Director General of Prevention, Quality and Communication of Fraternidad-Muprespa, intervened with “Behind the words PRL, a purpose: "how to communicate... without it entering through one ear and leaving through the other", in which he questioned whether or not, despite all the means we have at our disposal to be informed and connected, we are better communicated than ever.
To achieve effective communication he suggested three ideas. The first, optimally use all the channels, formats and media available in each organization. Thus, as a practical example, he described the “Brand Ambassadors on Linkedin” campaign of Fraternidad-Muprespa, which manages to connect professionals, publish and publicize Mutual news, while increasing the brand and personal and professional reputation.
The second suggestion is to adapt the messages to the diverse realities of companies, which must be faced, ensuring that the messages resonate, generate reaction and mobilize people. “This is what makes the difference between ineffective ORP and one that truly transforms work environments.” assured Fdez. Laviada.
Finally, in a third piece of advice he highlighted the three necessary “cs” of corporate well-being messages, focused on the concepts of 'Preventive Culture', 'Communication' and 'Trust'. “The good name of our company, its prestige and its internal and external recognition will depend on a good reputation that generates trust. It is communicated well when there is coherence in the message, between what we are, what we do and what we say about well-being and occupational health and safety.”, he concluded.
