Fraternidad-Muprespa and more than 75 companies, including Axa, BBVA, Repsol, Calidad Pascual and Telefónica, among others, have signed the Teleworking and Flexibility Charter promoted by the MásFamilia Foundation.

An action that also seeks to promote a more advanced society in line with new times, with rigor and continuous improvement through external verification of compliance with the charter and with recognition through a seal that verifies the commitment and plans put in place.

Eva Ferrero, deputy director of the Mutua's HR and CSR Center, was in charge of collecting the accreditation diploma from this firm, and highlighted that "Fraternidad-Muprespa promotes the flexibility and conciliation of its workers thanks to the implementation of the III equality plan in the Entity."

The conference was attended by Luis Martín, CEO of Academia de Invertores e Innovart, where he spoke about the new paradigm of innovation: people and technology. Eva Serrano, vice president of CEIM, who stated that "we must all think about how to better adjust our interests, always in favor of business productivity and the well-being of the person. This Charter is designed for this purpose."

Roberto Martínez, director of the MásFamilia Foundation, explained that “75 companies have met to express this commitment that has a multitude of associated benefits such as conciliation” and added that “thousands of people can benefit from this reduction in travel and, therefore, an improvement in their quality of life, but it does not end there.”

In addition, during the event the amount of CO2 that could be eliminated by implementing teleworking in only 20% of the workforce of the signatory companies was reflected: more than three million tons of greenhouse gases per year could be saved.

Fraternidad-Muprespa within its III Equality Plan (2018-2020) is proactive to respond to the numerous changes that are occurring in our society, changes that demand actions that take into account the needs of all employees, among which are flexibility, conciliation and equal opportunities at work.
