How does technology affect your health? Participate in our Digital Wellbeing Observatory survey
We live in the digital age where notifications never stop, where work and personal life intersect at the click of a button and where the feeling of being 'always available' seems to have become the norm. This hyperconnection also brings challenges for mental and physical health, giving rise to situations such as technostress, digital fatigue and information overload, which can affect people's general well-being, productivity and quality of life.
Therefore, Fraternidad-Muprespa and People and Business Foundation have launched a Digital Wellbeing Observatory in the work environment whose objective is to analyze digital uses and habits in companies and their impact on the well-being and health of workers.
This first phase of the observatory consists of a small anonymous survey to collect information about habits and digital health. It consists of five blocks of questions and can be completed in less than 10 minutes. You can participate by clicking on the following link:
In a later phase, the Observatory will include a focus group aimed at collecting ideas, opinions and perceptions, as well as detecting needs and proposing solutions to optimize digital well-being. The Observatory results will be presented in September and will allow obtaining an updated view of the situation in organizations, as well as facilitating possible proposals and effective preventive measures.
Technology has transformed our way of living and working, giving us countless advantages. It is not about demonizing technology or disconnecting from the digital world but about connecting in a healthier way. Therefore, it is essential to better understand how a bad relationship with technology affects our well-being, how to identify warning signs and, above all, implement strategies to achieve healthier use of digital tools.
