How to manage a work accident report and present it in the Delt@ System?
The Digital Office incorporates a service that informs the company or advisor of medical leave due to a work accident whose Work Accident Reports are pending to be presented in the Delt@ System.
The representative of the mutual member who has Accident Reports pending to present receives a notification from the Digital Office:

The service offers to facilitate the processing a draft of the report practically completed in its entirety. The information provided already completed has been previously collected by Fraternidad-Muprespa during the care provided.
The user must provide the remaining information and, once the accident report is completed, they will be able to download the Delt@ remittance file for presentation on the Delt@ System portal.
How are Work Accident Reports Without Medical Leave managed and their presentation in the Delt@ system?
The Digital Office also offers a service for the management of RATSB. This service informs the company or consultancy of the relationships of accidents without medical leave that occur each month, in order to process the corresponding RATSB in the Delt@ system.
The representative of the mutual insurance company who has an injured worker without medical leave in the previous month receives a notification from the Digital Office:

The service facilitates the processing of the list of injured people completed in its entirety. The information provided has been previously collected by Fraternidad-Muprespa during the healthcare provided.
The user can download the Delt@ remittance file, for presentation on the Delt@ System portal.
