Corporate strategic plan 2018-2019 (2020)

The implementation of the first Corporate Strategic Plan 2011-2014 meant a transformation in the Entity for Fraternidad-Muprespa; The way of working in practically all areas of Mutual management was reviewed, organizing and aligning the different units with corporate objectives.

The implementation of the second Corporate Strategic Plan 2015-2017, with a compliance level of 91%, focused on quality and satisfaction; the generation of trust; efficiency and profitability; and the human team.

During 2017, work was done on defining the strategy over a period of two years, 2018-2019, with the possibility of extending it for another year. This definition had to consider external agents (expressed in the changing reality and the loss of profitability of the sector due to the increase in economic benefits due to common contingency and lack of financing) and internal agents (soon opening of the Hospital Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana, maintenance of the level of digital development, improving efficiency in the management of public resources, etc.).  As a result, the Mutual Fund is working on three vertical lines supported by three transversal lines, which are:

Vertical objectives.

  • Create a new customer relationship model.
  • Contribute to improving client absenteeism.
  • Guarantee the health excellence of the Mutua.

Cross-cutting objectives.

  • Engage the employee.
  • Innovate to optimize resources.
  • Advance in the digital transformation of services.
