This implies the implementation, by the personnel under the scope of the Quality Management Systems, of the following fundamental actions:

1. Comply with the applicable legal requirements, as well as those assumed voluntarily by Fraternidad-Muprespa, as well as legislation on quality, application development and data and system security.
2. Adequately arrange and manage sufficient, rational, economical, safe and adequate human and material resources to provide the services demanded.
3. Operate own equipment and facilities in a way that guarantees the safety of personnel and interested parties, and their proper functioning.
4. Understand the current and future needs of all interested parties, satisfy their requirements and make an effort to exceed their expectations by deepening knowledge of the company's context.
5. Promote excellence through the establishment of objectives and goals, quantitative as far as possible, on those aspects susceptible to improvement, detected through the systematic and periodic evaluation of the Quality Management System.
6. Consolidate procedures, in order to seek development and improvement of quality.
7. Audit the work and necessary actions involved in maintaining the Management System.
8. Raise awareness, train and motivate staff about the importance of the implementation and development of a Quality Management System and its implication in meeting the expectations and needs of customers and other interested parties.
9. Keep the Quality Management System open to the active participation of all the staff of our Mutual Fund and our clients, taking into account the suggestions for improvement proposed in order to encourage continuous improvement. This commitment directs our efforts toward improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
10. Effectively manage and control the processes of the General Management System of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
