Bequal Plus Certification

Fraternidad-Muprespa obtained the Bequal certification in December 2016, PLUS category, in recognition of the inclusion policies for people with disabilities.

The seal delivered by the Certification Committee of the Bequal Foundation certifies and distinguishes organizations and entities committed to people with disabilities through:

• Compliance with legislation.
• The commitment to equal opportunities and universal accessibility.
• The improvement and increase in the levels and quality of employment for people with disabilities.
• The improvement of the offer of products and services, based on design for all.

This certification, legitimized by the disability association movement in Spain, is the main reference in the Corporate Social Responsibility and Disability market.

The Bequal certification is a process of continuous improvement that leads the company to excellence in the inclusion of diversity, helping to make it a driver of social change and an active agent in the construction of an inclusive and non-discriminatory society.

The seal presents three levels of assessment, depending on the degree of development of disability policies in the company (Bequal, Bequal plus and Bequal Premium) and is divided into 69 verification sources grouped into 19 indicators of 7 categories according to the following areas:

  • Responsible purchase.
  • Social action.

The Bequal Foundation aims to promote the social inclusion of people with disabilities through the definition and promotion of certifiable standards for the inclusion of social disability policies in business management.
