Escolástico Zaldívar Awards

Through this form you can send us the files of your candidacy for the Escolástico Zaldívar Awards. The documentation that you must present is:

• Completed and signed application form
• Copy of the applicant's accreditation document (DNI, NIE, passport, etc.)
• Document or certificate from the company that certifies the authorization of the applicant to present the candidacy.
• Copy of the tax identification card.
• Explanatory report on the candidacy (videos, infographics, posters, text documents, etc.).
